Waterproofing Operations Manager | Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing

Dallas, Texas, Key Manager for Project Management Team and Field Operations for assigned area of expertise Work with FOM to ensure proper management and procedures are followed for all employees within the division Co-manager for Drafting Department Responsible for working with team to ensure quality control on all projects from start to finish Promote a safe work environment for all personnel Oversee cost/budget analysis of projects Job production tracking, time, and material costs reviews Conduct and attend job site meetings/pre-job meetings Manage and participate in the development and maintenance of client relationships Manage and participate in the development and maintenance vendor relationship Hire, train, promote and review Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, FOM Train and mentor new members on Chamberlin culture and process Job site visits and Ensure QA/QC Job issue resolution Conflict resolution Establish and coordinate training for all team members Ensure the proper use and compliance with technology in the field (QA/QC,JHA, KeyStyle, PlanGrid, etc.) Track and Project Yearly Promotions and Wages for Reporting Employees Track labor head counts and wages of the field employees Responsible for tracking equipment, location, service, and utilization Coaching of employees for safety driving Ensure tool inventory is completed Management tool allowance gift cards for supervisors Maintain department work force needs calendar and project schedule Oversee and track retention of entire operations department Maintain visibility on the market at job sites and within associations Ensure hand-off meetings are being done as well as attending majority of them Reviewing of the job budget to ensure the setup is accurate including the units and hours for production tracking purposes Other task as may be required to ensure Chamberlin’s successful including, but not limited to, safety, quality, production, and control Experience: 3 plus years’ experience at the Sr. Project Manager position Skills: English speaking, bilingual preferred Abilities/Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and more when necessary Ability to read construction documents OSHA 30 certified Comprehension of construction contracts, billings, submittals, RFI’s, lien waivers and insurance Expertise with all aspects of commercial system and applications Proven ability to self-manage and problem solve Proven ability to effectively interact and work with team members and operations on projects Proven ability to mentor new team members on Chamberlin culture and process Ability to train and develop team members Organized with a proven ability to multitask and complete Chamberlin Standard projects through proper management Education Required High School diploma or GED; Four-year college degree is preferred Company Benefits: •Competitive Salary determined by the experience of a successful candidate •PTO •Health, Vision and Dental Plan •401-K retirement savings plan with company matching •Car allowance or company vehicle •Fuel Card •Company phone and computer
