SAFETY: Manage all aspects of jobsite safety to ensure a safe and productive worksite. This includes: Perform site safety walks throughout the day to ensure safe work practices per OSHA guidelines are followed by all workers and guests on the jobsite Manage all aspects of safety documentation and reporting Manage site security QUALITY: Serve as the on-site Subject Matter Expert for our contracted scope. This requires thorough understanding of all construction documents including drawings, specifications, RFI’s, Submittals, and Scope Changes Resolve construction questions and issues through timely submission of RFI’s to maintain productivity and meet scheduled milestones. Manage the installation quality with daily walk-throughs and inspections, timely communication of issues, and appropriate support to ensure the highest quality installation. Maintain documentation on quality issues for the project file (inspections, photos, etc.)   PRODUCTIVITY: Maintain a current “3 Week Lookahead” schedule to ensure the overall schedule stays on track. Review the “3 Week Lookahead” with the lead foremen of each trade every week in the Subcontractor meeting. Communicate schedule conflicts or changes to the project manager so he/she can update the overall project schedule each week. This schedule will be reviewed by the project team (project manager, client, other project consultants) during the weekly OAC meeting.  Supervise and coordinate the execution of all construction activities on site to ensure safety, efficient workflow among trades, and quality of installation Manage C1S resources on site (personnel, subcontractors, equipment rentals, etc.) to maximize their efficiency and minimize wasted effort, time, and money. Utilize Lean Construction principles to eliminate waste and improve outcomes Requirements: OHSA 30 Hour Training 10 years of construction experience 3-5 years of experience with industrial, manufacturing and cGMP facility upgrade projects Capable of reading construction documents (Architectural, Civil, MEP, and Process Piping drawings, specifications, P&ID’s) Experience coordinating work in and around critical facilities Experience with design-build project delivery Familiar with Procore Project Management software Familiar with Lean Construction practices Able to travel within the US (25-50% depending on project load) Project Incentives are paid quarterly
